Grateful

  1. Actually sleeping now (versus staying up all night & trying to sober up in 5 seconds before work knowing full well I can’t normally function).

  2. Healthy relationships with people that mean more to me than all my fake friendships.

  3. Choosing to do things like post on a recovery app instead of staying in bed hating myself.

  4. People at meetings with much longer sobriety time- which encourages me that long-term recovery is possibke.

  5. God’s mercy- my life could still be chaos. We are always one bag or drink away from losing everything, and I am grateful today I am making better choices.
