Grateful

  1. Waking up early, and enjoying not rushing like a madman.

  2. A fridge full of food.

  3. Good sleep.

  4. Gas not being more expensive.

  5. Little things I am starting to
    appreciate. I always focus on big things, but it’s the little things that bring a great degree of contentment.

I'm greatful I got reconnected with my AA sponsor yesterday and I have 5 days today and I'm feeling a little better physically
