Day three. :blush: rock bottom was farther down than I thought. I've never been more disappointed in myself, but I'm glad I reached the point of learning about the rock. Thought I had been there before but NO, I wasn't. I'm afraid but tonight I feel stronger about staying sober. I didn't like what happened to me. :cry:

I’m grateful my overdoses did not end me for good. I’m humbly grateful for a warm place to live. I’m grateful for the growth and healing I’ve endured. I’m grateful for my cat who I have an amazing bond with. I’m grateful for job and money to survive. I’m grateful for days which I have laugher and peace.
