I am grateful to be sober today. It feels better after a few months, and if I keep track of the days on a counter app, it gives confidence to see all the days building. 151 days without weed, 93 days without alcohol, 80 days without nicotine, 62 days without caffeine. Keep at it everyone, it has to be deeply wanted and discipline will form

D@mn I can't keep track of everything individually. I wish. Might be a little depressing if I did though. My list would include too many line items, thankfully with decent numbers but still. Congrats! Nicotine is next. Caffeine I rarely drink but that ain't likely ever going on the counter for me.
