Considering how I drank, this life in sobriety actually is “the easier softer way”
When I was out there drinking it was a full time job keeping my disease at bay on a daily basis. I am grateful that I don’t have to live that way today.

For real. I look back on it now and start with shame, then pride in being able to put it behind me.
