I am so grateful to be sober, for my support, and how far I have come mentally and emotionally since my last drink.

Yes. Been sober for 3 years and 2 months and it’s been amazing . I did it all willpower . No help. If you need some tips on how I did it you can always reach out and chat. No AA no medication no treatment just no therapy. It was a do or die reason and I chose life.

That is great! Congratulations on your sober time, thats incredible.
I got sick from drinking and painkillers and was in a coma for 6 weeks before he came to me and said it wasn’t my time and woke me up and gave me a 2nd life to live.

Sorry won’t bother you just wanted to let you know what alcohol can do to you. I have cirrhosis of the liver.
