Hello Everyone it wasn't easy for me to become I am today and how I am making music it wouldn't be you guys cheer me on I mostly make for my fans and express how I feel and here are some gratitude lists to remind me and all of us to watch for.
- I am grateful that I am aware of my triggers, which allows me to understand what triggers them.
- I'm grateful for my relapse prevention plan
- I'm grateful for being honest to the people I care about and hope they understand it wasn't easy
4.I am grateful for the opportunity to demonstrate my resilience.
5.I am grateful the sponsor's and my other friend directness and their concern for my continued involvement.
6.I am grateful for the self-reflection that prompts me to ask myself what kind of person I want to be. My solution is to abstain from Coke and Meth, and I am determined to not engage with them anymore. If I do have those craving get myself to meeting and reach out to someone - I'm really grateful that My Po and her supervisor and Allison gave me a second chance

10.I am grateful for having a dedicated day to reflect on myself and take care of my well-being.
This is a significant announcement. After two years of recovery, I have experienced a relapse. While this is a setback, I intend to use this experience as an opportunity to learn from my mistakes and identify areas where I need to focus my efforts. I understand that this slip may trigger feelings of discouragement, but I am committed to moving forward.However, on the brighter side, I'm proud of myself for being honest, enrolling in programs like CMA and CA, and taking steps to improve.I love you Guys in my bottom of heart because you guys have been a support in my recovery
