I text in a group chat with my sponsor and two sponsee sisters a gratitude list everyday. This has helped me get out of self pity and starts my day on a positive note. Some days are harder to find gratitude but I find at least 3 things. Today I am grateful to be clean and learning new ways of changing my thoughts and patterns. I am grateful to be working a twelve step program and I’m on step 5. I am grateful to have self love and keep myself out of drama!
