That’s amazing and I have a question if you don’t mind me asking how do you get your own podcast show because I’ve been interested in doing this for my recovery and does it cost anything

It is free & it requires either having something to talk about that you are knowledgeable about, or having guests to interview, or a team for discussions.
You can do it from a phone or laptop.

That is awesome thank you and I do have a lot to talk about it’s recovery-based all of it and dealing with certain feelings and recovery what app would I need to get started for this
