Gratitude list today

  1. The insomnia has been bad the last week, but I’ve read more program material than ever before.
  2. Two days off to take care of errands rest and relax.
  3. Lots of text messages and phone calls with people in recovery.
  4. Looking forward to the next three days of work.
  5. Woke up way too early, but started my morning routine and now I’m wide awake. Time for more meditation and then Sunrise.
