True. This has been a practice I’ve used since early on. By The Universal Law of Attraction that works every single time without fail. The things we are grateful for are multiplied. Especially if there is strong feeling attached to them.

In massage school we had to watch the movie The Secret-Rhonda Byrne. Which introduced us to most of the popular self help experts. People like Joe Vitale from the Ho’ oponopono fame, Bill Harris from Centerpointe research institute, people like Jack Canfield who wrote the Chicken soup for the soul books. This is were I was reintroduced to the idea and got the idea for gratitude intentions. They said list the things you’re grateful for then list the things you will be grateful for when they happen in the future. Then describe how you want your life to be. Since we are the authors of our own story and we get to decide what happens in our future if we practice gratitude for what we want to happen, we improve our opportunities to get it. And that has been my expertise. Gratitude lists came from my early time in AA. But gratitude intentions came from the teachings of the law of attractions. I’ve been making these things since early in and you know what? Every single thing I’ve put on that list has come into being. As they say and so it came to pass. So the more I am grateful for these things the more of it I revive. I recommend it to anyone.
