Gratitude list

 1.	Lots of sleep! 9.5 hours of soul filling, body healing, DMT producing, sleep.
2.	Being single.
3.	One more full day with my kids before they go home. 
4.	Seeing my boy pick up another newcomer chip and talking with him about taking action to change things.
5.	Not putting hands on anyone when I’ve gotten really upset.
