I am grateful that one of my sponsees has a year sober today and I have the privilege to hear her give her first lead tonight. This woman has probably helped me more over the last year than I have helped her. Isn’t that how it works? She has really been a support for me the past 4 weeks. I praise God for this program and the woman he put in my life. One of her sober sisters would have been celebrating a 2 year anniversary 3 weeks ago and we buried her instead. Without all my supports it would have been an extremely tough time to go through again. Today I am just so grateful for Janie and my own sobriety.
