Grateful this morning for the BIP group yesterday. Walking through the emotional trenches of DV with one client and helping him realize he is a victim as well. Hoping he sees his worth and value. Hoping he sees and understands he has choices. Staying in a DV relationship is a choice and a hard one to decide against. There is so much invested and tied to the relationship and so hard to get out of most days. We will call and check on him early next week and continue to offer support as he peddled through the muck of his situation.
I am grateful for having worked my 40 by early afternoon Friday and being able to go home early. Nice!
Grateful for Shiloh and Little Man! Little went with me to get the grocery order. Shiloh thought she would do a sneaky sneak past me...I tried to catch her so she could ride with us, however she eluded my reach. She is letting me scratch her cheek and chin for ablut 0.05 seconds,and this is progress!
I am grateful to be able to foster this little cutie! Going to meet her today and pick her up sometime next week! Meet, Shay, our foster pup! Available for adoption 7/15. Saving with Soul, thank you for allowing me to foster this cutie! Just look at her ears and her tongue!
