This has been the hardest year ever family deaths I have had 3 suguarys this year I remain sober still I am just lost in negatives now no choice in pain medication due to spinial injury's and traction.
The only thing I am greatful is writing this to get it out of my head.
Oh, Iām sorry to hear that. My life has been terrible recently as well. I have found that working the steps, being of service, getting into gratitude, and seeking outside help are helping. I hope it gets better for you.
