Gym gains

Man, I've been in the gym 8 to 10 times a week for three weeks now (shorter workouts, specific muscle group targeting) and I'm starting to notice positive results. 4 more weeks of this and I switch to 6 workouts a week, 1.5 to 2 hours each workout. I'm gonna be sober and swole' y'all!

I mean, everyone is different but for me exercise is soooo beneficial in mental, physical,social, and sometimes spiritual ways. So if you haven't tried lifting or running, climbing, biking, I recommend it. If you're in Chattanooga let's do it together!

Also, just kidding about the pics, lol.
