I started hitting the gym in September. At first, it was sporadic, once or twice a week. Then I gradually started to increase the days. Now I go at least five times a week-do something athletic on Saturdays and rest on Sundays. It's helped with cravings and anxiety. It's now a part of my life, and I love it. Whenever I feel the need or desire to drink, I run 🏃♂️. It makes me feel better.

I started going to the gym in January. I agree, it's great for your head, too.
