Gym Time 💪🏼 (self-care)

What are some ways that you guys practice self-care in your recovery today?

Ever since i got sober. I’ve been going back to the gym almost everyday and eating very healthy, with the occasional off-day or a little treat. It’s one thing i can do for myself to make me feel physcially, mentally, and emotionally good!

Yah man, going back to the gym soon, probably tomorrow, and diet for sure. Berries, yogurt, nuts, salmon, and chicken legs! But with the gym .. Turkey legs then tree trunks! Thanks for the share bro.

Go for a 4 mile walk/jog everyday

I go to the gym to take my mind off of everyday life....the weights don't argue,cuss me out,or cause me stress out(lol). It's such a piece of mind,I'm loving it....keep up the good work sir.
