Habitual Gratitude

I’m grateful for today. Not tomorrow. Not a month from now. Not a year from now. Today. I only have to stay sober today. Tomorrow can be dealt with later. As long as I stay sober today I can make it to the next 24 hours.
I’m grateful for being in the present.

When I’m struggling I always say to myself “Today I’m not going to use, maybe tomorrow, but not today” it’s helped tremendously.
