Had a beautiful morning walk picking rocks with a longtime friend. Waking up clear minded,full of postive energy, excellent conversations, uncontrollable laughter, sun shining, cold dirty chai in hand, picking beautiful rocks that were created over millions of years ago felt truly refreshing to be accomplished by 10am. Something that would have never happened while I was drinking daily. Beautiful finds to boot
