Had a few very tough days panic attack wise. Even tho i haven’t drank in 7 1/2 years, panic attacks were my trigger so it still pops into my head here and there. Thankfully i didn’t pick up and I’m still moving along.

Some days are so challenging and it's easy for the mind to go back to where we don't want to be. Tomorrow's a new day!!!

Nice job getting through it without picking up. Panic attacks can be so scary and debilitating I hope they become fewer and further between.

Thank you. 22 years of them. I’m kinda hoping they lessen as well lol.
