Had a great day ice fishing. Walleye were biting and kiddo had an absolute blast. One of the many joys of sobriety is that I take time to do these things with my family, and that I am coherent and present with them. The big smile on his face is because we were together. Sobriety is awesome and life truly is wonderful.

No ice here yet. I started trying to figure out ice fishing without alcohol last year. It was really cool actually fishing, instead of using it as an excuse to drink. Started using a camera and flasher. In the past Ice fishing meant tip ups and booze. Going to enjoy the actual activity this year.
No ice here, either. I had to go to Minnesota, they have about 10 inches of ice there already.
