Had a real rough moment today. Im only 5 days into my sobriety journey but im hitting 2 meetings a day. Today when i got home my friend said " Its friday, i dont have the kid tonight. I really want to drink "
It ALMOST got me. I stared at the tv for an hour, cracked 2 polar seltzers and let my mind go somewhere else.
Needless to say, day 6 is tomorrow and i already have my meetings lined up.
