Had a slip up METH! Unlike other people in recovery I have it being thrown at me from an entire building of full time addicts and drug dealers… UGH why did I stumble?!?!

temptation and easy access is why. If you live there and have no way of moving soon I suggest using tunnel vision and not interact with anyone there. go home and make that your sanctuary-keep busy as much as you can and dont socialize with neighbors

That was VERY GOOD ADVICE and btw IT WORKED!
We got into a stepping stone apartment! We were living in an SRO. It’s kind of like a halfway house. I’m not judging anybody my boyfriend and I domestic partner now we have no criminal record, but it was a really toxic environment for sobriety.
