Had a slip up yesterday but could’ve been much worse. Bought a Budweiser tall-boy, drank half of it, realized what I was doing and chucked it. I don’t feel terrible about the minor slip up but also don’t feel great

As bad as that sucks, I am proud of you for stopping there. Many of us lose control at first sip, and you were able to abort mission as soon as you realized what you were doing. That is a decent win.

Good job on the chucking the beer bro…life has enough problems of its own we don’t want to add to them. I try to remind myself of where one drink can eventually end up at…for me it was on the street living out of my car and even worse than that. Good luck and keep up the good work…
