Had an interview today and it went really well I think! I dread interviews because I have anxiety and talking to new people trips me out lol. I’ve never been good at communicating. I over think a lot and it holds me back from doing what I want to do. But I just thought positivity and tried to be as confident as possible. Sounded like I got the job and I can’t wait to find out more.

When I interview I know I am a hard worker, I'm kind to people, I'm dependable. So if I don't get the job its not a reflection on me. Its a reflection on them because they missed the boat of having a great employee. Each time I did not get a job something better came along. So if you do not get it thats because something better is coming. Keep going for it.

I get the same way and what I began to do was to look for anxiety in the interviewer. It may not even exist but it was enough to take my mind off of my own and mine too no longer existed.
