Had Covid two weeks ago. With it came a period of quarantine. It put me in a place that I’ve not been in a long time. I didn’t hit a meeting for 9 days. It had me thinking all kinds of crazy stuff. Getting back into the groove. Prayed that God would show Himself to me today. He did in so many ways. Nothing too crazy, but He was there. I just needed to look and I found him. So needed it. Im back. We are given a daily reprieve based on the maintenance of our spiritual condition.

Hitting two meetings tonight didn’t hurt either.:wink:

Awesome brother I understand completely I just had to deal with the whole covid for the past week and a half and that was driving me crazy being out of work and no meeting's. Just got the okay today from the boss and hit my meeting for the night . Stay strong we out here

We discussed in a meeting how when you get some time and you work a good program, you can feel “guilty” I guess because your sobriety isn’t as graceful and easy some days. At least that’s how I was feeling, but the consensus was that everyone has days that they are just going to have to slug through. Some days sobriety ain’t pretty. But if I didn’t drink it’s still successful and nothing to be ashamed of. Today is a graceful day.:grin:
