Had dreams for the first time last night that I was drinking a glass of wine.
18 days sober and not going back!!

So right it is totally normal. I have been sober for 2 years and 9 months and occasionally have those drinking dreams. Maybe it is just a reminder not to go backwards and continue to move forward in sobriety.

Hi Dj, drunk dreams as they are called are normal for a person in recovery. They do become less frequent wit time… it should be noted that people without an addictive brain never have drunk dreams… be amazing Keith Kayle
