Had my first 3 hour IOP Group Session with Lionrock Recovery last night. It was amazing! Totally what I as looking for, small group, all people close to my age, all are successful/own businesses like myself and all struggling with similar demons such as myself. Nice to know I’m not alone in this journey and I can absolutely see having a couple if not more accountability partners from this experience. If you are a working professional and don’t have the luxury of being able to take 30-45 days off to go to an inpatient program, I HIGHLY recommend this program! It was a 3 hour sessions which at first I bought was extremely long but it went by quick and I learned a lot just from that one meeting alone! Happy sober Tuesday y’all. W got this one day at a time!
