Had that itch I felt needed to be scratched. I kept busy outside distracting myself though it just laid heavily on my mind most of the day. Felt great when I finally realized it passed without knowing it. Made it another day!

Idol hands… sometimes it is a hour by hour thing. I had a few rough weeks. But like you just had to keep busy and not allow myself to sit and stew on the cravings. Great job man!
