Had the worst day yesterday after work! But you know what I STAYED SOBER!!! Thank GOD !! I dont think some people realize how their actions can effect a person sometimes…??!!!! Maybe they do and thats why they do what they do towards me at times. But all i have to do is continue LET IT GO!! “Today is a new day!

Great job not letting it break your sobriety. I struggle with that same situation almost daily. But the choice to stay sober is a victory in itself.
