I can remember Christmas’s that I was throwing up while my kids were unwrapping Santa Claus gift because I drank too much the night before. Then I used feeling bad as my excuse to stay home alone and start drinking all over again. It is great to be present. Enjoy the beach.

I remember trying to put toys together from “Santa” totally tanked at like 2am and then getting up at the crack of dawn feeling horrible. The photos tell the story. So much shame over that
