Happy Friday the 13th everyone! I know today is supposed to be an unlucky day, but wow, how lucky are we all to be alive and sober today!

There are so many addicts still suffering in active addiction and we are on the other side. I feel so grateful.

Quick update: Things have been looking up for me. Iā€™m back at work, back at the gym, eating and sleeping well, really trying my best and feeling great.

How are you guys all doing?

I agree. I used to be terrified of Friday the 13th. Then, I decided to look at it as another day to experience beauty. It's like a holiday to me.

I'm doing quite well.
