Sorry for the delayed response! I guess I haven't opened the app since my post.
Truthfully, the first 7-8 months were real rough! I was an emotional wreck! I thought I was losing my mind. I didn't really get the cravings that a lot of people talk about, but maybe that's cause I knew I was headed for death if I didn't stop. I attended a funeral today and it was the first time I found myself really wanting to drink! Now I drown myself in music, nature, crochet, I talk to the birds a lot haha I just try and find beauty in things around me and keep myself busy and my mind positive!
