Happy Smiley People

Social Media and all its Hype. Do you ever get really sick and tired  of the BS :poop:?
I'm all for and applaud  recovery and accountability on your own terms and in your own way. "IF ITS WORKING FOR YOU."
But please stop telling people how they have yo do things your way or its not ever going to work!, also Please stop the insanity of making yourselves look good and happy on social media when in reality your life is a dumpster :fire: fire. Be realistic, fall in step of the Promises. Its not all rainbows and butterflies and warm fuzzies out there people, stop living in the world of social media delusion and hype, not everyone in recovery has your best interests in mind. Be careful and keep safe.

From a self proclaimed smiley happy person to those wallowing in despair I'm hear to tell you my disposition is joyful and that is possible in recovery. I post my happiness and i don't hide that fact. My life is hard, and I have some very serious health issues and my relationships are no perfect and neither am I. But I choose to be happy, joyful, and at peace. I just heard from someone on here that if you love yourself you don't do things to it that hurt you. That really resonated with me. My problems seem smaller because I love myself. Life is easier because I love myself. I pray you love yourself and show joy. There is no greater drug that self love

I'm too busy to be on social media for that long to be mad at it.
