Happy tails at Best Pals this morning! What a great day to be sober and strong. I am so grateful for a good night of sober sleep and the love 
of these two pups! I am so grateful to be working with a great team at Best Pals and grateful for the opportunity yesterday to be there. Almost 12 hours yesterday and 11 hours today.
Gratitudes for this morning for some coffee to assist with waking up. Grateful for the warm shower on this new day! Grateful for a cute new scrub top with little pup

Grateful for the opportunity to talk with Ms Anne last night and check in on her and her health issues. She is doing well and making it through the individual sessions to remove skin cancers on her arms. I am looking forward to having dinner with her one night soon and super grateful for each day we have her. She's a rock star at 80!
Super strong and grateful to be on this sober journey today!
