Another day of freedom from the insanity of drinking! Are you doing anything special today that helps you stay on track? I did my prayers this morning. I usually hit an AA netting after work, but Tuesday nights I do marriage counseling followed by date night with the Mrs. hate working thru the pain, but avoiding it definitely didn’t work and led to medicating myself. Have a wonderful day

I have IOP mon thru Fri for 3 hours
That’s great! We have a few people doing IOP that have showed up my AA home group. They seem to be doing very well. Thx for sharing
