Has anybody else had problems with circulation? I'm a little over nine months sober and as time has gone on I'm encountering more and more circulation issues. Currently my hands fall asleep immediately if I elevate them over my heart. My blood pressure is good and my labs are great. So not sure what could cause this. Anybody had a similar experience?
Do you smoke?
I did up until about ten years ago. No nicotine use since.
Pinched nerve?
I have the same issue. I have to talk on the phone on speaker because I keep keep holding it up to my ear because my hands fall asleep so easily. Mine is from carpal tunnel syndrome my doc says !
