I did! First time I ever went 30 days without drinking since I was 15 was because of that book Highly recommend it.

Free. I checked out the book from my local library and journaled everything in just a home journal I had.

I listened to the audio book, but I registered for the free program online so I will try to start that over the holiday. I have a journal and I'm really bad at starting them stopping something but I'm going to try to stick with this.
