Has anyone ever hit a point in their sobriety where you feel clueless and unsure? I’m not unsure about my sobriety because i know if I don’t have it, I’m dead! I’m asking where you just go through a phase where you’re unsure about a lot of things and it can be anything!!
Hi Jesse, I have definitely come to points where I am unsure. I usually get quiet and ask the universe until the next step comes (sometimes this takes time, months). As long as you keep sobriety first then the uncertainty will sort out.
Thanks Jenn. This entire year has been like this for me, but continue to keep praying and meditating
Yep, we just have to sit with it until the next step indicated is revealed. I always feel them as a tug on my soul. Especially for big decisions.
Yes .in my first couple of year. But when I really got contacted it got so much better. Aa
Oh yeah! Not uncommon for any of us! When I feel like that...and yes everyone feels like this from time to time. Even normies! I try to give it to God...and go with my gut! If it doesn't feel right, it's probably not. But if it's just something out of your comfort zone if you follow your gut it won't steer you wrong!
( stay in the day ) aa.
What are you unsure about? I know that when us Alcoholics are locked in our addiction, that's all we have. When we give it up, life can seem meaningless.
This is normal. We didn't get this way overnight and we won't get better overnight.
