Has anyone ever taken Atarax/vistiril to help with sleep? Did it help? I cannot for the life of me fix my sleep.

Yes I've taken Atarax it's an antihistamine it does help, and there are also no side effects like excessive drowsiness

I’m willing to give it a shot. It’s on back order. I just hope it works. I’m big time emotional and I think it’s partly because I can’t sleep. Thank you for sharing.

Yeah i have issues sleeping too. I don’t take it every night because I want my mind to go to sleep on its own eventually. If anyone has a cure for restless legs let me know.

I deal with the legs too. Hot baths and I slather them with biofreeze cream or gel. It’s only temporary relief though :roll_eyes:

Yeah it’s horrible sometimes wanna just rip my limbs off. It doesn’t happen as often now but when it does happen I hate it. The sleeping issue still happens often but the medicine does help sometimes I have to take more but it helps.

Honestly the leg pain is what kept me from not using. I think that’s the worst symptom. Along with profuse sweating and not being able to sleep :woman_facepalming:t2:

My mind broke .. so that was a pretty bad symptom for me .. all the physical symptoms are horrible but I can deal with them. I couldn’t deal with the mental part of it. Panic attacks and delusions no thank you. I can deal with the physical because I know eventually it will go away but the mental idk how to fix that part. I would love to use absolutely love it but I cant
