Hatred that will eat away at me and my sobriety if I hold on to it for too long.

Anytime I feel hard, I want to reach for something to numb that feeling, but until we allow ourselves to feel all of our emotions to their fullest we will not trust ourselves enough to feel the positive emotions. We will numb everything.
