Do not have ur sober time but was feeling pretty good until a few minutes again when a wave of using thoughts hit me like a ton of bricks - so thank you for ur timely post

I get that feeling all the time, but think of loosing it all for just an hour or two of blurness.

Yeah, I made it through today, and I hope tomorrow will be better. I have a woman's meeting tomorrow thank God! I have really been struggling with my cravings. Just a battle in my head.
