Have bot been on here in forever but just happy to still be happy healthy and sober :two_hearts: even though life has knocked me down continuously lately i lost my dad on fathers day and just got my mom out of the hospital today because she had a heart attack been traveling non stop back and forth btwn missouri where i live and mississipi where my mom and dad that just passed away live but have had the strength to do it and proud to say im 3 years sober and going strong

So sorry to hear about your Dad :pray:t2:, and then to deal with your mothers illness show strength and courage to stay sober throughout this difficult time, stay strong One day at a time, you’ve got this :muscle::muscle::muscle:

Sorry to hear about your parents. Life doesn’t seem to let up, and I can’t imagine handling it without being sober. Sometimes it’s all I have. Great job staying strong!

@cathy138468 :tada::tada: CONGRATULATIONS :tada::tada: on your 1208 days. You've been through a lot and yet still maintained your sobriety. That says a lot about you, how you are and your integrity. You just might be eligible for early membership to the "No Matter What Club".

Thank you so much taking it one day at a time but never felt better even though life may get me down I still manage to pick myself back up and I choose not
To drink and for that I am grateful
