Yep, same can happen when quitting cold turkey.

No the scary part was the negative thoughts and the physical withdrawal where my hands were shaking and my body ached and I was sweating
Sounds like bad withdrawals. You should also get checked by a doctor. It can be dangerous to detox. Especially if you quit cold Turkey man
