Having a brutal day, I don’t feel like drinking but wow I am struggling hard with depression. Kind of makes me wonder if it will ever be good. Starting to question a lot right now

Have had SO MANY of those days. I don’t have inspirational words for you or cliches. All I can say is you’re not alone in that feeling. And as the great Lauren Conrad (LC circa 2007) … once said “life is hard, get a helmet”. :upside_down_face:

But honestly… life on life’s terms can really blow. Struggling with mental health is salt in the wound. I really do feel for you. I have to tell myself to just keep swimming, like, a lot

As someone that just hit 100 days sober ull be suprized how much and how quick it gets better I look at alcohol like an ex girlfriend... eww I used to be into you

Maybe so but I’m glad we got to witness laguna beach/ hills. Lc and crew were true pioneers haha

Look how many supporters you have me as one! Keep pushing forward. With everything in and through life there’s going to be good days, bad days, And In between days. But; Know your worth. I had to go on depression meds when I got sober too it helps
