If the pain is on your right side, it’s probably your liver telling you that it needs to get healthy?

That’s a serious reason to get help!

Hey Dalton, if you put the alcohol down for a month your liver will get better, as long as it's not too late. But seriously, does the alcohol do anything positive for you?

Ruins my life but anit had a sober breath, for a while don’t feel well or like my self without it

Only 34 felt like I had more time over did it I guess

You’re so young Dalton. You have so much life to live. Please go back and be persistent about getting medical attention and try to cut back/quit. You may not feel like yourself without alcohol but it’s ruining your health. You deserve to feel good and healthy. I’ve seen so many people in my career with liver failure and it’s awful. Please get yourself the help you need. I’ll be praying for you.

Could be liver

Your liver is swollen. It needs a rest. I would go to the ER, they can help you safely detox. Good luck

As long as you keep drinking your life and health will keep getting worse, if you keep it up you will lose everything and die, alone on the streets most likely. I hate to put it this bluntly but I've seen it so many times and lived thru it myself. If you decide you don't want that you can do the work of recovery and find hope and I truly hope that you do.

Totally get it. If you drink plenty of water, eat decently healthy food, and try to exercise (walking helps a lot, even if it doesn't make your biceps bigger), in about a week you'll feel more like yourself (that's without that poison we've drank for whatever reason). A couple more weeks on and you won't believe how good you feel.

Try getting one day, and realize that any discomfort is temporary, and your body is trying to heal.

Im 34 as well. Coming up on 8 months off the bottle, and I dont even recognize the person i was before i quit. My liver and pancreas were not doing too great and i had pains too. I was released from the ICU after having .63 BAC. Went straight to the liquor store before i even went home. I know the struggle. Waking up drinking. After a while it just restores your state of normality. I did a 6 month inpatient rehab through the Salvation Army. Best decision i ever made, and its free. You just have to work your way through the program. I highly suggest looking into it. It saved my life.
