Do you have a sponsor? That's one of the benefits of having a sponsor. It is a real world solution to a real world problem. They can help you through it. Also, doesn't have to be a sponsor, could just be other AA members. Go to meetings and get numbers. Call a real live human who knows what you're going through to walk you through it.
