Having trouble sleeping

Im having same trouble. Legs and body won't stop wanting to move, toss and turn and when eyes are closed it seems like I hear everything around me. I WAKE up...lol and feel like not a bit of sleep has been had. I hope things get better for you. Brains don't turn off.

Read the big book of AA until you fall asleep. Helped me when nothing else would.
