Heading in to day 7 sober. I have to say, after day 2... I really haven't even thought about alcohol. Hope I continue to feel that way. Ever since finally going back to the gym last week( it had been 3 years!). I have been enjoying working out daily, hydrating, doing pilates, flexibility, work. I journal nightly, read positive affirmations and read inspirational things. I'm sleeping well and my energy levels are through the roof! Im finally getting a little weight back on. I'm just going to keep on rolling with what's working. So far so good.
